American Documentary Showcase in Yekaterinburg, December 1-4, 2009

American Documentary Showcase - a touring program of prestigious contemporary U.S. documentaries and select filmmakers will be presented in Yekaterinburg in December 1-4 at the Film Festival KINOPROBA. The State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs supports the Showcase through a grant to the University Film and Video Association’s (UFVA) in partnership with the International Documentary Association (IDA) . Under this program, the program curator Betsy Mc Lane and the film maker Caroline Suh, director of "FRONTRUNNERS" documentary will travel to Yekaterinburg to meet film students and experts and show the American Documentary Showcase films to general public.
