How to Find Us

The U.S. Consulate is centrally located in downtown Yekaterinburg at Number 15, Gogol Street (Ulitsa Gogolya), two blocks from the intersection of Ulitsa Gogolya and Ulitsa Malysheva. The Consulate is a five-minute drive from the city center at 1905 Square and a 30-minute drive from Yekaterinburg's Koltsovo Airport.

The U.S. Consulate occupies the top two floors of a four-story red-brick office building. Visitors to the Consulate should use street entrance A, which is marked by an American flag. Visitors are initially screened inside the street entrance by Russian militia guards and then allowed to proceed to the Consulate's main reception area on the fourth floor.

Business Hours

The Consulate is open from 9 am till 5 pm Monday through Friday. The Consulate is closed for both American and Russian national holidays.

The U.S. Embassy and Consulates provide 24-hour assistance to American citizens facing emergency situations in Russia. Any U.S. citizen involved in a crisis situation in Russia should immediately contact the nearest Consulate or the Embassy.
