Adding Additional Pages to a Passport
Adding additional visa pages to a U.S. passport is a free service. Simply appear in person with your passport between 2:00pm and 4:00pm, or by appointment, and complete the application form. More than one set of extra pages may be placed in a passport, the only limit is how many the passport book can physically hold.
