Consul General Stepanchuk met with Nikolay Parfenov, First Deputy Director General of Izhevskiy Mechanical Plant, known worldwide for its production of Kalashnikov rifles. Mr.Parfenov briefed the Consul General on his firm's long-standing cooperation with the U.S. Remington Corporation. Mr. Parfenov invited the Consul General to visit his plant in Izhevsk in the near future.
