Newly arrived Consul General John Stepanchuk had an introductory meeting today with Arkadiy Chernetskiy, Mayor of Yekaterinburg.  They discussed cooperation in the trade, cultural programs, and education.  They also discussed ways to increase American trade and investment in the region.
