The IRC and American Center in Yekaterinburg Share Their Experience with the Hungarian Colleagues

On September 8th the Information Resource Center's Director and the American Center's Coordinator participated in the digital video conference with the U.S. Embassy in Budapest. This was a part of a workshop organized by the Embassy for the coordinators of the American Corners in Hungary who have recently started their work. The IRC and AC directors shared their rich experience on establishing a new Corner, attracting the audience, reporting and promotion, and working with the corporate sponsors. The Hungarian colleagues asked about the difficulties in the AC's daily operations, which they can also face in the future; informing the audience about the AC's programs; cooperation with the Fulbrighters and English Language Fellows, and other questions. This video conference established a good professional connection between the American Corners in Russia and Hungary.
