Fourth Russian Venture Fair in Perm

Тhe Ministry of Industry, Science and Technologies of Russian Federation, the Russian Venture Capital Association and Perm Regional Administration have held the Fourth Russian Venture Fair in Perm on October 16 - 17, 2002.
Fifty companies from nineteen regions of Russia that according to expert evaluation have strong growth perspectives of their businesses and good potential for receiving direct investment presented their projects at the Fair.
The exhibition features companies that work in such sectors as telecommunications and computer software, oil and gas processing, energy saving technologies, instrumentation technologies, engineering, power sector, construction technologies and materials and other.
Representatives of Russian and foreign Venture Funds, banks, investment companies, the biggest legal and consulting companies, and also officials of executive and legislative authorities take part in the Fair. The delegations of Citizen Research and Development Foundation (CRDF), British Council, Russian Union of Innovative-Technological Centers visited the Fair and conducted their own seminars and presentation within its framework.
BISNIS Representative Alyona Yelshina participated in the Venture Fair and conducted presentation on US –government sponsored business support programs operating in Russia within the framework of the Symposium “International Financial Institutions and Programs for Russia”.
The Judges Team that worked at the Venture Fair has elected the best companies by 10 nomination among exhibitors.
