Dr. Slider gives a presentation for the first year students at the Ural State University
Professor Slider Speaks about U.S. Elections 2004

Dr. Slider, a Fulbright scholar and professor of political science at the University of South Florida, is currently visiting the Ural region to discuss the U.S. election. On October 18th he lectured in Yekaterinburg: at the Ural State University and the American Center. This week Dr. Slider will visit and give presentations in Ufa, Sterlitamak, and Orenburg. Professor Slider’s visit is a part of the U.S. Consulate General;s program on the upcoming U.S.election. This program also includes educational outreach to local high school children, debates between FLEX alumni, and creation of an election website.
