U.S. Government Speaker Timothy Vickery is conducting a seminar at the American Center for journalists of Yekaterinburg business editions and students of the Business Journalism School, October 19, 2004. The range of topics discussed at the seminar included. Corporate governance in the Western press, covering key economic indicators, GDP, CPI, IFC guest speaker presentation on corporate governance in Russia, intoduction to capital markets, stock exchange and privatization, ideas for business stories. The seminar was arranged with the support of Yekaterinburg Publishing House AbakPress, Humanitarian University and Press Development Institute, Yekaterinburg.
