Thanksgiving Dinner for the children from the Klenovskoe Shelter (Nov 19, 2006) - U.S. Consulate General Yekaterinburg, Russia

On Sunday November 19th the Consulate provided a visit to the circus and a Thanksgiving meal at the CG’s residence for some 20 children from Klenovskoye shelter.

The Consul General, John Stepanchuk, PAS and the CLO took part in the planning and execution of the event. The orphans performed musical skits for all gathered. The children recited Russian poetry, sang songs with accordion accompaniment and played on trumpets.
