Izhevsk IATP Center Opening
November 24, 2004

An IATP Center was opened in the Udmurt Republic National library on November 22, 2004 by Project Harmony as part of the State Department's Internet Access and Training program.  It is the 88th IATP Center to open in Russia. The goal of the center is to provide  non-commercial access to the Internet, conduct computer training courses, organize regional and national conferences, and work with alumni of ECA-sponsored programs and educators.
