Russia has returned to the list of eligible countries for the DV-2010 Lottery Program.
The DV-2010 lottery registration period will run from Thursday noon, EDT on October 2, 2008 until Monday noon, EST December 1, 2008.
-- The DV-2010 lottery will be conducted entirely electronically, including electronic entry. Paper entries are not accepted. The Department has established a dedicated website for the submission of e- DV entries, www.dvlottery.state.gov.
